reWILDing Field Guide
Our landscape design is based on permaculture and regenerative concepts, providing your home or community with food and medicine, shade and sun, water management and sanctuary. Our designs are not strictly ‘native’ plant gardens, but are guided by productivity and self-resiliency. Our gardens are WILD and are collaborations with what the land needs for restoration. This is a Guide.
A Field Guide for an entire yard (front, back, two sides) up to 0.5 acres is $2500. If you are interested in a smaller section of yard design, the base cost is $500 for observation + analysis and $500 for each additional average section of your yard. If you don’t think your spaces are average, please contact me! The package includes one site visit; projects must be within a 50-mile radius of Baltimore, MD
design services.
Through her architectural practice, Common Ecology, Carri will create your reWILDing Field Guide - a manual that includes site observations (sun, water flows, views, pathways, wind, etc.), an overall design scheme with individual zones detailed, accompanying implementation details (rain garden sections, guild plantings, swale design, etc), and resources for implementation. The reWILDing Field Guide is not your average landscape plan - it’s a work of art!
